Block Party was an event dreamt up and brought to fruition by fanny. New to Vancouver, BC fanny was hungry to create an event that connected other emerging Black creatives, such as herself, to network, collaborate, perform, amplify and get paid.

The first Block Party was a SOLD OUT success of melenated excellence. Performing artists included Ana Santos (Neo-funk/ hip-hop), Cru Alexander Timi (Pop/ dance performance), Mufaro Mbudzi (stand-up comedy), Yung Notic (Rap) and Fleetwood Huey (Rap).

How Block Party worked and why you want to participate:
